Practical Caravan Magazine award – 2010

The new Platinum edition Conway Countryman model was recently awarded  the "Best caravan for small families" 2010 by Practical Caravan magazine.

Lightweight leisure trailer awards 2007 saw another year of record breaking entries at the Lightweight Leisure Trailer Awards held at the National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show at the NEC in February. 

The awards were split into four classes with a number of entries in each. The classes were as follows:

  • Trailer Tents under £3,100
  • Trailer Tents over £3,100
  • Folding Campers 
  • Conventional Caravans

Judges and technical experts assessed everything from weights and measures to thermal insulation grade and recommended tyre pressures. Further scrutiny awarded merit for build quality, ease of construction and pull down, together with sleeping and living accommodation.

The Pennine Pathfinder was the winner of the 'Folding campers and extendible folding' class.

Second place in this class went to the Conway Crusader and third place was taken by the Trigano Randger 575 TC.
