Customer Testimonials

Our first folding camper was the Sterling for us and our children, but now that they've upped and left home, we downgraded to a Challenger and now own a Countryman. Absolutely brilliant. We've added our little "extra" on the zip which connects the awning to the unit, by thredding an electric tie through the hole of the zip and making a loop - its now so easy. By the way, congratulations to Andrew and all at Casey's for the best retailer award, you certainly deserve it. And Andrew, we didn't bother with the caravan; we're keeping to our Countryman. Who knows, we may upgrade and get one of the new platinum models,

Dear Pennine
After several years of Camping holidays my wife and i have recently upgraded to a Pennine Pathfinder Folding Camper and Awning.

Our first trip was a weekend at a nearby touring park, so that if we encountered any problems we didn't have far to go to rectify them. I arrived at the site before my wife and managed with some ease to errect the camper on my own. I am amazed at how user friendly the whole process is. This was my 1st attempt and I was all done and dusted within the hour and ready to relax with a nice cup of tea.

My wife arrived shortly after and we set about errecting the awning. I have to say this was a slighly slower start but once we had sorted out which poles went were we were off and in no time the awning was up. I have helped to errect awnings on caravans in the past, but non of these were as easy as the Pennine, manly because of the zip system, which is so much easier and quicker than threading beading through a grove. Well done Pennine we are over the moon with the quality, attention to detail and the ease of errecting the main body.

I would deffinately recommend Pennine/Conway to anybody who is thinking of purchasing this type of camper.

yours

Dear Sir/Madam

After owning a 1993 Conway Challenger for some years now, we take delivery of our new Pennine Pullman at the end of July this year. The high level of craftmanship and attention to detail has left us in the knowledge that we have made the right decision. We are all so excited and cannot wait until we collect it from Caseys Outdoor in a matter of weeks now. Our holidays in Devon will never be the same again.

Yours Sincerely

Dear Sir or Madam,

After 20 years of camping with our 1983 Pennine Clubman the family was very sad to see it go!

Ever loyal to Pennine, my husband and I purchased a new Pennine Fiesta 2+2, two weeks ago and went for our first outing in it last weekend. I have to say that we are thrilled with it and are eagerly looking forward to the next 20 years!

Your attention to detail is second to none; the generous cupboard space, the fridge, the bed tents, rather than just a roof lining plus the way the awning poles fit and the zip out panels which make it easier to erect are all marvellous. But then you would know it because you build them!

Yours, two more than satisfied Pennine users.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please send latest brochure of Pennine Group Folding Campers. We moved here two years ago and are now looking to trade up our old Fiesta for a new model. A list of local stockists in Devon, Somerset, and Dorset would be much appreciated.

Yours is a really excellent product and the Fiesta (our third unit) has given us many wonderful holidays!

I wouldn’t be without it; so much freedom from weekends on Dartmoor to wandering through France a month at a time – just wonderful!

Thank you very much.

Yours Sincerely,
Mrs Jennifer Westmancoal

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to thank you and all the staff at The Pennine Group for the excellent service we received from you recently with regards to the new skirts we required in a hurry for our Pennine Fiesta Folding Camper. Your company should be very proud of its high Customer Service levels, shown to us both at the NEC in Birmingham earlier this year and also when we visited your premises.

It is a pleasure doing business with such a friendly, reliable company. Keep up the good work!

Yours Sincerely,
Karen and Martin Skitt

Dear Pennine,

During our Summer holidays in France our car broke down.
To cut a long story short, we had to be towed 260 miles from Tours to the Arachon bay region.

The French driver in his Peugeot 605 towed us effortlessly at speeds of up to 100 miles an hour!

You may be interested to learn that the unit – a Pennine Pullman 535SE behaved beautifully at that speed and didn’t snake or wobble when our driver was weaving in and out of traffic on the motorway.

I have to confess that I closed my eyes and pretended to go asleep when the speedometer hit 160kph!

Regards,
Tony Milnes
